Parenting and Life Skills

Our programs offer evidence-based parenting education, life skills training, and community integration to help young mothers gain the tools needed to care for their children, maintain a household, and thrive independently.

Building Confidence Through Life and Parenting Skills

From diaper changes to budgeting, our parenting and life skills programs meet moms right where they are. We utilize evidence-based models to teach a range of topics, including child development, positive discipline, cooking, time management, and healthy relationships. It’s not just about surviving—it’s about thriving as a family.

We’re proud to partner with Parents as Teachers

We’re proud to partner with Parents as Teachers, an evidence-based program that promotes positive parenting and child development. At each visit, parents work alongside trained educators to explore upcoming milestones and gain practical strategies for supporting their child’s growth. By understanding how everyday interactions shape development, parents feel more confident and prepared—especially during transitions that can feel overwhelming, like learning to say “no” or pulling up on furniture.
