Pregnant & parenting youth experiencing homelessness are connected with dedicated caregivers who welcome them into their homes for support.
About Host Homes
The Host Home program pairs pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 who are at risk of experiencing homeless with hosts in the community who provide them with a safe place to stay as they complete their education, build independent living skills, and care for their child. Eligible youth can stay in host homes for up to 18 months as they work with a Parent Educator to develop a plan to transition to permanent housing.
