Opening Doors: Funding for Youth Homelessness

You can help unlock housing that’s already been set aside for young families.

Our community has received federal housing vouchers for young moms and their children—but these funds require a local match to be used.

We must raise $58,000 to unlock more than $230,000 in housing support.

That means:

  • 12 young families housed for a full year

  • Stability to focus on school, work, and parenting

  • Ongoing support from a dedicated Success Coach

This isn’t temporary shelter—it’s a path to long-term stability.

Give today to help unlock her first year of stability.

Other Ways to Get Involved

  • Leave A Legacy

By joining the 1932 Legacy Society for Planned Giving, you ensure that future generations of young women and children continue to receive the care, support, and opportunity they deserve. Named in honor of the first client welcomed into the Young Moms Together Home in 1932, this society recognizes those who include Young Moms Together in their estate plans. Your legacy will be one of compassion, empowerment, and lasting change.

  • Our Wishlists

Our community has generously met the needs of the young women and children we serve—and we’re so grateful. From baby supplies to everyday essentials, your donations make a direct and meaningful impact. In addition to physical items, we also welcome experience-based gifts that give our residents a chance to explore, connect, and enjoy fun outings—especially during school breaks. • Corporate Partnerships

When young moms succeed, our entire community thrives. Corporate sponsorships are more than just a branding opportunity—they’re an investment in a healthier, more stable future for young families in South Carolina. Through our Together with Our Community” initiative, your business can directly support housing, healthcare, education, and career pathways for pregnant and parenting young women.
